We arrange an inventory and the rent collection in addition to setting up the Rental Agreement between you as the landlord and the tenant. Section 21 notices are also set up for your protection allowing possession of the property at the end of the tenancy period.
Should Landlords' wish us to manage the letting through the whole of the rental period, this service can also provided. Up to an agreed allowance, day to day matters are taken care of, allowing you as trouble free letting as possible. Furthermore, we will deal with the renewal or re-let as appropriate.
